The Space Academy's Young Astronauts were featured in his presentation Alex Anderson Presents Thorium at the React Programming Conference in Nevada Programmer extraordinaire Alex Anderson did a presentation at the React programming conference in Nevada last Friday. Alex has done amazing work in building Thorium, an open source software used for starship simulations in Utah's 13 starship simulators located at five schools in Utah County. What a powerful presentation. Alex did a superb job encapsulating the Space Edventures philosophy. His enthusiasm seemed to electrify the audience. He is perhaps the movement's greatest champion. Our simulators function because of his vision. As Alex says in his presentation: "It is serendipity".
